Consolidated Monthly Report of Sick and Wounded Ohio Soldiers In 2nd Div., Army of Kentucky, 1863.

This document reports the Ohio soldiers in the military hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Medical director Henry Steele relates the number of wounded or sick soldiers from the 44th, 45th, 100th, 103rd, and 104th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and the 8th Ohio Cavalry.
